    pros super clean rooms with local insights. a short walk to the tram line allows easy access. loved the drink service in the lobby - such a nice touch.

    Cons would be happy to recommend. gran palette was a wonderful stay.

    The stay was lovely. Came here for 3 days, the hotel was homely and nice, it had marvellous location close enough to Motomachi, tram and bus, and many other attractions. I enjoyed deluxe queen room.

    Situated close to main attractions like Mt Hakodate and within walking distance to central areas. Convenient access to tram stops and taxi station for airport transfers. Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, a complimentary 24/7 coffee lounge, and a rooftop offering stunning 360-degree views.

    The rooftop area lacks greenery and seating.

    The location was great, walking distance from a mountain cable car. the room was spacious and incredible, including a decent-sized bathroom. - the staff was pleasant and helpful.

    I had a wonderful stay at Gran Palette. The rooftop view was amazing, and I enjoyed the spacious room with a gorgeous view of Mt. Hakodate. Just a heads up, I found the bathroom a bit dated and the noise from upstairs could be distracting. I highly recommend this hotel!

    I was given a twin room with climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge. the bed was comfy. - the staff were really kind and nice. - the hotel was in a marvelous position just off the airport, many other attractions, and the central area.

    Close to interesting sights, sauna was a nice treat. Nearest to the airport and well-connected to Goryokaku Park. Time for a towel swan to celebrate a special occasion, very thoughtful!

    Oh, what a shame that the beds weren't made of clouds!
